Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Biotechnologist to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of blue-green algae solutions for agricultural sustainability and crop stimulation. This role will involve research, experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in sustainable agro biotechnology.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in biotechnology, preferably in agricultural or environmental sectors.
• Strong laboratory skills in microbial culture, molecular biology techniques and bioassays.
• Familiarity with soil microbiology, plant/algae physiology is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to biotechnological products is a plus.
